Good neighbor hotel dilemma

We just got back from DL and my family and I stayed at the fairfield inn. We liked it alright and got a pretty good rate on the room. But we are planning a return trip in Dec. and are looking to stay at the best western park place inn. I checked the rates for both and they are the same. So the question that I have is, does anyone have an opinion on the best western park place inn. Cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, parking, etc. We are kinda leaning towards staying there because of the location to the park. (not to say that the fairfield inn is that much further away, but for the same price) I just haven't heard anyone say anything about the best western park place on here before.

We stayed there about 6 years ago and didn't have any problems. But my cleanliness standards have changed big time since then (since becoming a mom) so I don't know. We are staying there in June so I can let you know what I think. But the location was great. That is all I really remember. We also have res. at Park Vue Inn and I can't really decide between the two, but I'm leaning towards BW. Good luck!!

BWPPI is a pretty good place to stay and they offer a deluxe continental breakfast. The only downside in my opinion is that the pool is rather small. If that is not important to you, then go with the BWPPI.

We stayed at the BWPPI in 2005 and it was fine in terms of service and cleanliness - pretty standard. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and it would probably be my first choice of good neighbor hotel. The location is fantastic.
