I have missed our good morning threads! Now that things are finally settling down in my new job (putting out two years of fires is a real hassle!), I can cruise our boards again!

It is a rainy day here in East Tennessee - gloomy, too. But it is finally starting to feel like fall.

Thanks! It is starting to feel like fall here too. It think that yesterday was the last summer day (temp was 86) we'll have. Tomorrow is supposed to be in the 60s.

Today I helped out DS's school (working in art) and then I had to get DD from preschool. We may head over to my parents' house to finish the dresser I started refinishing over the summer.

Yes, I too have missed the Daily agenda threads!!!
Things are cool and brisk here today also.. leaves are starting to fall but that may be more from the wind.. But it's going to be great soccer/football weather for tonight!! Yeah! Unfortunately I have 2 boys playing at two different towns.. So, since DH coaches oldest.. he'll take him..and I'll take the youngest...

KAMommy, Glad to hear things are going well at the job and you'll be able to visit more often!! We sure do miss ya! Hey, how are those shaker boxes???
Mickster, hope you have a great afternoon.. I hear my dryer screaming for me as well as some more swap items... ugh! Never ending.. swapping, folding, swapping, folding! LOL

Hi everyone! Just another day of guiding the young minds of the future for me (There's really not one of these smilies that expresses my sarcasm! ). We are getting ready to take our seniors on a college/career fair trip tomorrow--I don't like field trips! It should just be half a day, though, so that won't be bad!

I know KAMommy already said this, but the weather here is beautiful. Fall is my favorite time, and I can't wait for the fall weather to roll in. Plus it means it's time for fall decorations, then Halloween decorations, then Thanksgiving decorations, and then CHRISTMAS!!!! Can you tell I like to decorate???

Tonight, we are having dinner with KAmommy and crew, and then it will be home to work on swap stuff and watch the premiere of NCIS. Anyone else a fan of that show???

NCIS is awesome. Do you also watch the Unit? That is great too. We're going to try out Smith, which is on after the Unit. Thank goodness for TiVo. I don't have the time to watch shows in real time.

DH and I do... WE have to check out the new season.. I was flipping from supernanny and CSI: Miami last night..but found myself more into CSI (which is the way it should be..) I like to watch supernanny for techniques and than as a reminder that MY kids are angels compared to some!
