easier to subscribe besides just posting a smiley/icon or one word (along with everything else in someone's sig, etc.) -- I enjoy reading what you all have to say, and seeing the photos, but my pokey old computer just can't keep up!

You can subscribe without posting anything--in the "thread tools" at the top of the thread there is a "subscribe" option. Sounds like you need other people to use it though so threads will load faster for you. Whenever I subscribe to one of those code watch threads, I get about 400 e-mails a day notifying me that someone has posted to the thread just to subscribe. I wish more people would use this instead!
