It's cold here this morning and my little girl is going camping for three days with school. I'm just going a little nuts. :lol
It's too cold, too wet, and my baby has never been gone that long.

But she's excited, and she'll have lots of fun. Now please wish me luck in surviving the next few days. lol

Hopefully, either way, they'll have a nice fire going!

I have to say.....I'm not a camper! But kids just ADORE it! (and alot of adult kids!)

Pack her lots of goodies and a small surprise and let her spread her wings!

They will have cabins with beds and all. I don't know about heat, but I doubt it. lol There are showers too.

Well, she says I won't fit in her duffle bag. lol

Ah yes, that first time we let go is SO difficult for Mom! She will be fine, and you will survive it too. Hope she has a great time!

It is terrible when they go somewhere over which we have no control. Just wrap her up warm. Wave her off, telling her to have a marvellous time - and while she does just that, you can sit and worry yourself cross-eyed - that's what being a Mum is all about. Before you know it she will be back - and think of the marvellous stories you are going to hear. Look forward to her coming back and she will be home before you know it.

Well she's off. She wouldn't let me drive her to school. lol
She is going to have a great time and I made sure not to spoil it for her by making her worry about me.
Now if I can keep from going that short little distance left to crazy, I'll be alright.
