i just got a dell inspiron 1501 its nice starting at 499 there not in color like new ones but i added microsoft student a 200 dollar printer 9 cell battery 3 and a half hours great for plane trips better wireless card it summed up to about 1000

I have a Inspiron E1505. I love it. It's brand new. I just got it a few months ago. It came with Windows Vista which rocks btw. Just don't get a Toshiba. My family has had problems with Toshibas.

Go with Mac.

All Windows you buy now will come with Vista. And most people you will be communicating with will not have Vista. Most software is not yet compatable with it either. = frustration
