I am looking for a GOOD free or cheap place to find obituaries online. Right now I am using genealogybank.com, and have found lots of obits but wondered where else I can look.

Ancestry.com has a lot of newspapers and obituaries. While ancestry.com is not free, you can usually access it for free at an area library.
The Library of Congress has put up a lot of newspaper on their Chronicling America Web site. However they only scan newspaper that have not been digital by other newspaper projects. http://chroniclingamerica.loc.gov/
