Good Free apps for Kids for Kindle Fire HD

My parents got my DS5 a Kindle Fire HD for christmas. I want to put apps on it so it's ready for christmas. can anyone recommend good free or pretty cheap apps to put on it? I would love fun but also good educational ones as well. thanks!

amazon had angry birds star wars for free a couple weeks ago, I'm not sure if it still is.

tic tak toe
fruit ninja

amazon also has a free app a day that you should check out, we have gotten a bunch of paid ones for free that way.
