If you read my post above you'll see what a poor start we had to our vacation with flight problems. I was on the phone 3 times during the day to keep Murray Hill (also known as transportation2disney) apprised of the situation and all the delays. Our driver, Tony, was waiting for us. It took us several minutes to realize our luggage was sitting off in a corner of the airport since it had arrived before us! He and DH took it outside where a thunderstorm was going on. We told him about our problems and how this was our first trip to DisneyWorld. He left to get the car and pulled up a few minutes later with a white limo! He said we deserved it after our rough day and there was no extra charge! I couldn't believe it! I've never ridden in a limo before in my life! The car seats were inside for the kids. The limo had fiber optic lights in the ceiling that kept changing colors! He stopped at Publix for our grocery trip. It was late so DH and I split up and hurried. He didn't offer to stop for the photo and it was dark, raining, and we were wiped out so I didn't care at that point. I had a coupon for $5 off but didn't feel right using it after the limo upgrade and made DH tip him an extra $5.
He was prompt at our hotel on departure day with a towncar this time. I would use them again. It was a good experience. So glad we traveled that way. It was great.
