Not sure if this has been mentioned before, but for anyone (especially tween ages) who is a real Disney freak and also enjoys reading, there is a series out basically a mystery that begins (book 1) in the Magic Kingdom at night. The story is a far-fetched, Harry Potter-type magic book but all the descriptions and areas that are mentioned about the park are very accurate, making any Disney lover feel part of the story. I read the first book but didn't go further, though other family members (all grown ups) actually read all 5 or six books. Our local library lends them out for the E-readers which makes it great for kids.. Just thought I'd mention this for anyone looking to read something new.

This link should help describe them: amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_1?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=kingdom keepers&sprefix=kingdom+kee%2Caps&rh=i%3Aaps%2Ck%3Akingdom keepers. Happy reading!:)

I love these books. I have all but the last one on CD. We listen to them in the car on the long drive down.

I did my year-long internship in a middle school 5 years ago and gave a library edition of Kingdom Keepers to the school's media center when I left. Fantastic series!

I want to get it!! I love the idea of having it on CD to listen to on the way down. It takes us 3 hours to get there.

We got the 1st book for our 9yo for Christmas and he absolutely LOVED it. He wants the rest of the series - and I'm sure I'll read them, too. Will be the perfect books for him to bring on the next trip!
