Good deal on 12 seater ????

I have just got a price for a 12 seater rental from 1 June 2015 - 15 June 2015 with discount florida car hire using Budget for £685, a Ford E350, or similiar, including 3 drivers and full to empty. Is this a good deal, as it's the best we have found. Is this a good company. They also provide a Tom Tom for £15 for 2 weeks rental + £15 pre paid envelope to post it back.
