Good company for creating surprise gift

Does anyone know of a good group/company to use that will work with you to create a fabulous gift basket to be delivered as a surprise? My DH & I are going to DW on our 3 year anniversary and I want to do something really special for him.

I would go with peggy or gifts of a lifetime first - there is also a new one that has been mentioned on the resort boards.

For DH's 40th b-day I hired Gifts of a Lifetime to create a birthday "event" in MK for him. Google Gifts of a Lifetime to get more information. It was really amazing and I highly reccommend them for very special occasions.
