Good book for Boys 4 and 9

Is there a good book that anyone has used for their kids? I have a son who is 9 and one who is 4. Is there one that is good for both or something geared toward the 9 yr. old and one for the 4 yr. old. This is the first trip for the 4 yr old and the 9 yr. old hasn't been there since he was 2 so he really doesn't remember anything. I'm busy planning and they are getting excited even though we're not going until next May. Thank you for your help.

I just purchased the Kids Birnbaum 2008 Disney book. My DD7 loves it. It also has great pictures for my 4 year old.
