Good/bad experiences shipping packages to GCH?

Hoping everyone has had positive experiences but wanted to hear if anyone has had a lost box there too.

I have had several deliveries to various WDW deluxe resorts and I have often had issues there - delivered to the wrong room, misplaced for a few days, etc. It makes me nervous! I didn't want to send a box but we are over our self-imposed luggage weight limit and, as we are traveling to Northern Cali we need warmer clothes there ... so I think I am forced to send a box.

Anyway, looking for reassurance, I guess!
