Good article on eating habits and exercise intensity

This is an article on a new study coming out in the Journal of American Medicine that tested the amount of exercise you need to lose weight. They actually break it down for you and say "if you exercise for 30 minutes a day and reduce your calories by 20 percent, you will lose weight. And if you increase exercise to 60 minutes, you will lose it dramatically." It also mentions a study that shows that exercise reduces your risk of breast cancer!
 
Keke, thanks for posting this article! I've just started exercising and this is such a good motivation - more proof that by exercising I'm showing love for myself and setting a good example for my hubby and kids!
 
Thanks for the article! I just started exercising 45-60 minutes a day, and it's not as hard as I thought it was going to be. I actually want to do it!
