The latest issue of Allergy Mom's newsletter has a good article on dining at WDW with food allergies:

There are phone numbers included for allergy info at the parks.
I thought their selection of the best allergy friendly restaurants was interesting. The Plaza ranked #1. We ate there last week and had a good experience. Crystal Palace is still our favorite though!
