Good alternative to Free Dining discount in 2016?

Booked the bounceback free dining last month for August 2016, but second guessing it. We have been utilizing this discount for several years now, but next year the window only begins 8/26 and that may not be doable for us (depending on what date jr high starts next year in NY). We stayed at POFQ this year and loved it, but apparently that and our 2nd choice resort AS Mo are not included. We usually stay about 12 nights so will consider some sort of AP and TIW, but need it to be utilized over 2 annual trips (during school vacation). Anyone find a discount almost as good as Free Dining that works under these circumstances? I think the FD discount for us works out to about $2260. DH loves the DP, but if we can eat the same amount for less $, that's just as good. BTW, I did use Target gift cards to get Disney gift cards to save $ this year, so thats already in the mix.
