good airfare price for US to UK in May?

Hi everyone-
We are busy planning our trip to the UK for next May- early June. Last time we went, we paid way too much for airfare ($1400) for a round trip in late June to July. I know that time period is more expensive but now anything below that I think is a really good deal and I want to immediately book it!
I am currently seeing prices at $800 from Portland, Oregon. Since you guys may be more familiar with airfare prices from Florida, I looked that up and it's about $700 (about 440 pounds) round trip from MCO to LON. Does that seem like a reasonable price?

They don't get a lot cheaper these days, our latest flight (end of Oct) cost £490pp that was with AA, who give very good hotel rewards for their miles, a round trip is enough miles for 2 free nights in a budget hotel near WDW.
