Just needed to add my 2 cents, I rented from this man last year for a 1 bedroom at okw. He was very easy to work with and the transaction went wthout a hitch. This is a great deal for anyone that is going at this time. (too bad im going in october or I may have taken it..:0 ) Helllo Wayne

can you tell me about a 2 bR? What is the best building to stay at (close to everything- food/pool/bus) -- yet a little out of the way with a good view? does it cost more for different views? d

What is the $95.00 Disney fee? I haven't heard of that before, and just bought points from someone on this board.

The $95 fee is a fee that Disney charges when the resort is rented through another party like Interval International. It is termed a resort use fee. This is a standard thing.
