*GONE* 108 points available to rent

Points have all been rented, thanks to those who inquired and those who rented from us!

I have 108 points available for rent. These points are available for reservations starting February 2006 through January 2007. Home resort is SSR (Saratoga Springs Resort), but points can be used for any DVC resort.

Please indicate desired resort, villa size, arrival date and departure date for the reservation. It is helpful if you provide alternate dates, resorts, and room types if you are flexible

An example: a Studio (sleeps 4) at SSR arriving Sunday 6/4/06 and departing Friday 6/9/06 is 86 points (presuming there is availability at SSR).

Terms:
$11 per point. 25% deposit required when the reservation has been made in your name, the balance (75%) will be due 60-90 days prior to arrival date. If arrival date is within 30 days (4wks) from reservation date, i.e. within the 30 day cancellation window, 100% due on reservation.

I can accept either Paypal or cashier's checks.

When making reservation I’ll need:
a) Type of unit, resort name, arrival date, departure date, number of nights
b) How many people in unit?
c) Names of people?
d) Smoking or non-smoking unit?
