golf cart ?

I know this was asked before but with over 60 pages in the cart thread and no idea were to look i thought i would just ask agian what are the rules for carts? does it say anything about if you bring your own ? does it say anything about lights ?like do you need both head lights and tail lights along with brake lights or just head and tail lights????? was thinking of bringing my cart but it doesn't have any lights as of right now so i need to know what i need to make it Disney legal

You do need head lights and tail lights...brake lights are not required.
