Golf Cart Question -Length of rental time

We are going to be at the Fort December 13-23, 2012 in our MH and I need some advice for renting a golf cart for the first time. Trying to decide how many days to rent because husband does not see any reason for renting more than 5-6. Not sure what day to start renting. Planning on spending 4 days at the parks alternating days. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

My advice would be if your going to rent, rent for all of the days.

You're already spending a few thousand dollars on this trip. 10 days rental is around $350 from Tee Time (Kenny may discount a stay this long, also). You'll save some waits and walks by having the cart always.

If you do rent for part of the trip do it at the end. You WILL NOT want to give up that cart once you're use to it.

I agree...rent for the whole time. The first time we went, I didn't want to rent for our whole stay, but at the end of the trip, I was thankful we did. Totally worth it.

I also agree with the PPs, rent for entire time. There is nothing better than coming off the boat at any time of the day or night and your cart sitting there waiting for you to whisk you back to your site, even if the cart sat still for a good portion of the day.

I asked my DD if she wanted to do a split stay this year and check out a new resort, and she said she only wants to stay at FW....because she said the cart is her favorite part of the entire trip! Crazy child!
