Golds Mobility question

I am looking at booking a scooter thru Golds. My question is, it states that scooter will be waiting by bell services. Is that correct? I am staying at the Dolphin. Do they not have limits on who can drop off like the Disney resorts? I don't want to mess this up. Thanks!

No, the Swan and Dolphin do not have the same restriction as WDW-owned resorts. Many (all?) third-party vendors may deliver via Bell Services at these resorts.

Just so you know, if you do prefer an in person meetup, you can call them and specifically request it when staying at swan and dolphin or other non Disney owned hotels, they just try to go the bell services route where possible to free their drivers up for the Disney hotels where they can't just drop them off with bell services.

It was dropped off for me at bell services on our last trip. Originally the plan was to meet in person but we arrived on Thanksgiving evening and they wanted to make sure employees had time off for the holiday. They contacted me and asked if I was comfortable using an ecv without being given instructions and I said yes. I left it with bell service on departure, too.

At Swan. Sorry, I should’ve made that clear. Basically just wanted to affirm that Swan and Dolphin allowed the bell services delivery.
