Golden Corral near Disney, ways to save?

Anyone eat the dinner buffet at the Golden Corral near Disney? ANY money saving tips for there?

My kids actually like their breakfast, but we are late risers, so it's more of a brunch. Eggs made to order, lots of fruit and protein options before heading in to the parks. We have also gone to Cici's nearby, which fed our party of 12 for under $100! Neither is great but as good as most QS in the parks at a fraction of the cost.

The way Disney is going they are probably about on par. Of course they don't have cartoon characters running around. Maybe that's how their prices are cheaper.

I can remember way back when, when Disney food was much better minus the character.

Give us top notch quality and fair prices and tthe people will come. hmm where did I hear that before.

I've eaten at 2 different Golden Corrals in the area and both were really really good. I would say check the coupon books for deals. CiCi's is one of our favorites also when we don't do the dining plan. There is usually a buy one buffet & a drink to get one buffet free for CiCi.

I have gone to Golden Corral a lot and would recommend them.

Yes, they are like a college cafeteria the way they prepare the food but the prices even without coupons are very modest.

Beware of the drinks as they are pricey.
We get water.
And lunch is less expensive than dinner.
There used to be a 10% off coupon in one of the coupon books that are given away.
