Gold plated Mickey soap!!!!

Hi,
We have just finalised our trip payment for May 07. We are coming from Australia and staying at the CR in concierge.....my oh my it is an expensive trip!!!! I hope for the price we have just payed for the whole holiday there will be gold plated Mickey soap in the bathrooms and caviar in the concierge lounge!!! Oh well, hopefully it will be worth wiping out half the bank account for!! Any tips for a happy, successful may trip would be much appreciated. Thanks

Relax when you are in WDW. Take some time to enjoy things outside of the parks.

I know some people say they didn't need it, but I would highly recommend Tour Guide Mike, especially for a first trip. We used his service, and for $18 it really made our trip. The cost and time to use his service was little compared to how much we felt we got from using his advice.

Yes, I know what you mean. From a fellow Australians point of view, with the dollar conversion rate it certainly makes the trip to America so much more expensive. But I know it will be worth it. We can't wait!! We are counting down now with 9 days before we fly out. Will let you know if we find any gold plated Mickey soap.

To us its not how much we get but being able to be young again, to laugh, to smile to enjoy attractions and to see, feel, and smell the grandeur of WDW. Those things you can not put a price on and no matter where you stay or at what level, all the rest is included. We would not spend the extra for conceirge, we have and its not worth it in our opinion, we take that savings, huge, and dine out sat the better restarants, take a tour, rent a pontoon boat and take a relaxing cruise around the Seven Seas or Bay Lake in the evening. Either way, count your blessing in going and enjoy your stay.

I think some gold plated Mickey soap would be a nice touch. Maybe even better than a towel animal.
