Day 2
Dan was too tired to get up in time for breakfast at 8:30 but I wasn’t going to miss out on seeing Pooh at 1900 Park Faire. I waited about 40 mins for a bus to MK so I could take the monorail over to GF. I was the only person on the bus other than a CM going to work at MK. I got there about 10 mins late so I had to wait another 10 mins before I was seated. I saw the Mad Hatter, Pooh, Tigger and Mary Poppins. Alice never made it to my table and since I had already been there an hour I wasn’t going to wait any longer. Meal was $20.

When I got back around 10:30 Dan was still sleeping. I woke him up and we went to the quiet pool right around the corner then headed over to MGM. We waited at least 20 mins for the bus. We got to MGM around 12:30 and rode the Great Movie Ride before lunch.

Lunch was PTC at 1:30. We were very glad we had made a PS because they were not taking walkups for lunch. We were seated within 5 mins. Anass was a great server. While we didn’t do anything to warrant special attention, several of his tables and others in the same room provided us with entertainment. I had the chicken noodle soup, meatloaf and S’mores. Dan had cheese/gravy fries, pot roast, chocolate cake and coffee. Total cost $60. After lunch we rode TOT, RnR (with FP) and Star Tours. We also saw Sully and Stitch. We left MGM by boat at 6:00 and got off at YC and walked to Epcot. I had wanted to get Baci from Italy to have shipped back to the resort but they will not ship perishables so I didn’t buy the chocolate since I knew it would melt before I got back. So we walked back over to the YC for dinner.

We arrived about 15 mins early for out 7:30 PS at Yachtman and were seated immediately. Tom was our server and he was absolutely wonderful. I had the tomato and buffalo mozzarella (very good balsamic vinegar), Kansas City steak and the white chocolate macadamia nut cake (this was to die for). Dan had the Stonefruit Salad (proscuitto was excellent and so were the white and yellow peaches – Dan learned that he doesn’t like goat cheese), Kansas City steak and chocolate tier cake with pears (it came with rasp but Dan wanted the pears from another dessert). Dan also had coffee and I had tea. I love that they bring a box out with about several different teas to choose from. We spoke to the manager Todd to let him know how great the meal was and how wonderful Tom had been. Total $164.

We headed to DTD so we could transfer back to POR and shopped and stopped at DisneyQuest in the last 20 mins before it closed. Then back to POR, waited about 15 min for the bus.
