Going to WDW - DD birthday, can you get

balloons blown-up inside WDW??? I have bought two balloons, one is cinderella and the other one is Mickey Mouse that says Happy Birthday on it. Is there anywhere inside WDW where we can have this done?? Can we have them blown up outside of Disney and then take them inside??? I know they sell Mickey and Cinderella balloons there, but my DD (who will turn 3) picked these out and they actually say Happy Birthday on them.
