Going to the Park on a Saturday

I got a situation that sucks, the guy I have been dating, works Monday through Friday 8AM to 6PM. So he has to get up at 6AM to get ready for work the next day. Saturday he works from 8AM to 12PM and Sunday he has off work. Sometimes he could take off work but it is rare. So the only time him and I could hang out is Saturday if not possibly Sunday. So my question is, going to Disneyland on a Saturday if not Sunday a good idea or bad idea, due to the crowds? I always heard going to any theme park, Zoo, Museums, etc. Is best done during the week. I don't mind dealing with the crowds but we all know weekend crowds is bad lol. What would you do?

Go and have fun! While the weekend is almost always more crowded than during the week, it is no where near Christmas or New Year's crowds.

weekends used to be pretty much the only times we could go due to my husband's schedule and we always managed just fine. yes, they are more crowded than weekdays, but as long as it's not a major holiday weekend, you don't need to worry too much. and once you've dealt with christmas/new year's level crowds, anything else is a breeze!

Any day in the parks is better than missing them completely!

Go and have a great time. It's always crowded so it doesn't matter. The weekends have longer hours so you'll have more time to enjoy the parks.

Go and have a good time. Make sure you are there when the parks open when the crowds are light. In other words, beat the crowds and take advantage of fast passes as much as you can.

I've had to go on Saturdays a couple times this year. They were very crowded during the day, but once the sun went down, things seemed to be a lot better. I found that going in with a plan of what we wanted to do made it much more fun than just winging it, which is what we normally do.
