going to the fort in 5 days

Congrats!! Today is my last day here...tomorrow we check out and go home, probably til 2009.

Anyway, have FUN and most importantly bring bug spray and anything else you can think of as the mosquitos are horriable here.

mosquitos at the Fort. Wow didn't know they were allowed. I have been there spring summer fall and winter and never had any problem with mosquitos. They must be cutting back on pest control. Can you believe that cutting costs and raising prices. Now that is a receipe for disaster. But that is beginning to look like the new disney.

We went over today and the mosquitos are bad because of all the standing water from Fay. Since they removed all the vegetation between the campsites, the water doesn't seem to be soaked up as quickly. The mosquitos didn't seem too bad until it got to be around dusk. I'm hoping the standing water will be gone in a few days when we head over to camp. Still, I told DH we had better bring some of our homemade bug spray just in case
