Going to See Mary Poppins (the play) Tomorrow Night!

I'm so excited, FINALLY going to see Mary Poppins Saturday night. My mom got me a ticket for Christmas......7 months ago! Awesome seats, 17th row. I'm a HUGE Mary P. fan, I've watched the movie dozens of times, I just can't wait to see the play!

Anyone else see it? I hear it's different from the movie...it's still good though right?

We took our then 4 year old to see it who was addicted to the movie (she watched it everyday). We loved the show. A little different then the movie but it hits all the key points and the cast was amazing. Have fun and enjoy the show.

I just had lunch with the woman who is Mary's backstage dresser. She is an old friend of ours from college and will be touring with Poppins for the next 2 1/2 years!!! We tried to get cheap seats, but no luck. Have a great time!

My daughter and I saw Mary Poppins on Broadway in July 2007. We saw it again in Chicago last March, and several of the leads from the Broadway company were in the touring company: Mary, Bert, and Mrs. Banks. It was just as wonderful the 2nd time around!
