Going to Philadelphia Airport on 8/16

Did anyone fly into Philadelphia on August 16 what a mess? Delays and Cancellations, I was happy it was on our way home.

We had some really bad weather in the area, so that may have contributed to your experience at PHL.

I think that is typical Philly airport service!! We flew out of Philly on the 16th, but early. Supposed to leave at 7:35. Plane coming from Boston was late, didn't leave until 8. Still made Ft. Myers by 10:30 though!! But coming home, although we landed on time, lugguage still continues to be such an issue in Philly. What can you do

I have always flown into/out of PHILLY, and usually the problem is with the airlines themselves....not the AIRPORT.

When I fly SOUTHWEST or AMERICAN----absolutely NO PROBLEMS

yet, when I fly US AIR/UNITED......always some sort of delay/problem......so this is why we only fly SOUTHWEST !!!!!
