Going to Maui and Kuaui! Need suggestions!

Best Luau for the $$$, The one at the Hale Koa. I believe that they accept late bookings from non military if they aren't full. We paid about $35 pp when it was in the $80's or more everywhere else. I have been to the one at the Hyatt and Marriott on Maui. (I think the Marriott one is gone) and the one at the Hale Koa was just as good.

Hale Koa is on O'ahu though, and it's pretty good. Glen Medarius still does it, he does a very touching military salute type thing where vets from different wars stand up, and it's incredible to see the old veterns there.

I'm not sure if you can get AAA discounts,etc for the luaus and activities. Also check Costco, ours sells admission to stuff like SeaLife Park, Hawaiian Waterpark,etc so maybe the one on Maui does too. Up by the books/CD's is where the discount cards are.

And OT, I'm thrilled to read that VOG is a real thing! My DS14 is the Cliff Claven of our house (lots and lots of trivia going on) and talks about VOG and I've questioned him on that being a real fact...oops!
