Going to make ADR on line for first time

At what time can you start making dining reservations. I know that is it 180 days out plus 10 but I am confused as to whether you can start making them at 12:01 AM or someone else told me it was 6AM? Thanks so much.

6am is the earliest you can do it online, 7am by phone
