Going to Fort Wilderness-Any Advise for First Timers??

All Fort loops are great, just a matter of what you need and like. Pets, kind of camping equipment, price willing to pay, etc...

We have a 33ft travel trailer, 1 husband, 3 kids, 1 mother and no pets.
Can't wait to get there!!! We want a big site with plenty of room to spread out. Is there a map on the Fort Wilderness website?

1500 and 2000 are not full hookup so those will not work for your TT.

We've stayed at the 200 and 300 loop on several occasions. They are close to the marina, not too noisy, and not too far a walk to the main pool

Loops are not important,,the IMPORTANT thing is "don't forget your fish'n pole" !

Hello, Did you request a premium or preferred or full hook up? We were in the 1700 loop which is a pet loop but the site was really big. We had a lot of room to spread out.

The pool will definitely be ready! It is supposed to open tomorrow. I went by this morning and took pictures of all the Disney people doing final inspections and stuff this morning. It all looks great!

You're right gotta bring the fishin poles, my 5 year old son is an expert fisherman, he LOVES to fish

Again depending on what kind of site you have, we like the 300 loop. It is close to everything including the playground and a fishin hole! 300 is a preferred pet loop. We don't bring our dog, but still like the loop!!

My advice is, you might as well start saving right now for your next trip to FW, because you are going to want to go again.
