No, you cannot book Genie+ rides directly from the website. Obviously I have no idea why your mom hasn't been able to download the app, and I don't know your mom so I don't know her level of understanding of technology. I do know that my mom knows almost zip about this stuff and downloading any app on an iPhone presents a challenge to her. Sigh. So just to throw out a couple of suggestions that might seem obvious or make no sense... Has your mom rebooted her phone since attempting to download the app? Is there any chance your mom's iPhone is too old to be supported by the app (though I'm thinking that would have to be pretty old)? Is it possible your mom's iPhone doesn't have enough space on it for the app's size? Anyway ignore all if this is unhelpful.

Also, if you are going to the park with your mom, you can add her ticket to your app on your phone and make her Genie+ selections that way.

When mum and I went recently, she still had a brick phone. I just handled all the app stuff on my phone.

Are you going to be there too? If you are, just add her to your family in the app and do everything for her. My mom has the app on her phone, but does not know how to use it for anything. In fact, she probably has a login, but she would have no clue on the user name or password. I just log her into the app with my info even though she does not use the app.

I would just add her ticket to your app and you can make genie plus reservations for the both of you. Unless, your mom is adamant about doing it on her own.
I have the app [android user], but one trip my genie plus did not show up, so I had to delete the app and reload it.

Thank you everyone for your responses. She did some upgrading to her phone and was able to get the Disneyland app. I may still add her and my dad to my app, but we'll see.
