Each hotel has there own unique qualities. It really depends on whether or not you will be paying for the hotel and how much you want to spend a night if you are. The deluxe hotels are pretty pricey and sometimes it is just not worth it to be paying so much money when you are just sleeping there.
I have mostly stayed at the moderate and value Disney hotels (although I have been to some of the deluxe hotels) and think that they are the best all around. Overall, they have the best food courts offering a wide variety, which to me is very important. My personal favorite is Port Orleans - Riverside which is a moderate hotel. A word of advice, if you stay there definately have dinner at the in house restaurant, Boat Wrights, they have a great pot roast. The All Star Hotels are also good. Just because you stay at one hotel does not mean you can't go to another hotel for breakfast/dinner or to just check it out. Speaking of breakfast, definately go to Kona Cafe at the Polynesian they have the best eggs I have ever tasted!!!!
Hope this helps! ::MickeyMo
