going to disney yeahhhhhhh!

this is my first time here and I've found it great. I'm planning to go to disney dec 23-jan 8 because I want to see something different. I'm from Puerto Rico. I guess it will be a little crowded so any hints on which park to go first will be good. Also the weather since here we always have summer.Where can I spend new year's eve? I'm taking my girlfriend and she is not so crazy about Disney characters but I'm hoping she gets in the mood when we get there. Also dining, is it expensive? Thank you for your help and hope you enjoy as much as I will.

I would start another thread on the Theme Parks board about New Years, or do a thread search for New Years. Most posts say that the parks are packed New Years, so be sure to get some info from people who hae been there for some great tips.

Dining is more expensive than off-site restaurants. You can check out menus and prices on www.allearsnet.com. You might consider the dining plan if you are staying onsite. You can get info on the dining plan on that allearsnet site. You can also try www.mousesavers.com to see if there are any great deals out there for your trip.
