Going to Disney World! May/June

Hi I'm Jason, very new here. I'm planning my 2nd trip to Disney World :cool1:

I'll be going with my partner and brother on May 30th and we'll be leaving June 6th. We've made reservations for the Spirit of Aloha, Sci-Fi, and Le Cellier. We'll probably go to San Angelo as well, but we didn't make reservations. We didn't realize when we booked it in February that it would be the Gay days, so that should be interesting! I'll have to bring a red shirt

Oh and we'll be staying in a studio Boardwalk Villa....we got the 4 get 3 free deal

I'm very excited and welcome any tips!

I am so out of the loop this year, but will you be at Disney for gay days at the MK? That day, from opening till just after the 3:00 parade is truly a "magical" day!

Welcome to the boards!

You will LOVE Gay Day at the Magic Kingdom! It's a blast!

If you want to laugh your butt off, head over the the Country Bear Jamboree at 1pm. It's where the "bears" gather to go and watch the show and sing along.

You haven't lived until you've seen a room full of big hairy guys sing "All the guys who turn me on, turn me down" along with the girly bear animatronics! :rotfl2:

The best part of it for me is seeing the HUGE number of Disney managers at the front of the auditorium who are there to watch the AUDIENCE! :rotfl:

It's the best day of the year to be at Disney as far as I'm concerned! :thumbsup2

THAT has got to be about one of the funniest gosh darn things I've heard in a long time.

We've been wanting to go to Gay Day's some year and that just about seals the deal for me. We were thinking about doing a Land and Sea package vacation deal next year, but maybe I can talk the hubby into Gay Days instead. Then we can wear our Bear with Mickey Ears Hat shirts.

I remember hearing the radio chatter one year!

"Get another train on the tracks NOW! We have lesbians stretching all the way down Main Street and we have a parade to run in less than an hour!"
