Going to Disney in 6 days! No Magic Express Tags yet!

I booked my vacation back in April and chose Magic Express service. I got my package but no Magic Express yellow tags.

I called Disney and the CM said that a week prior to my arrival is when they mail it to you. Well, I haven't received them yet and was wondering if it will be too late for me to get those tags.

They should have record of sending it, what date.. I would double check when they sent and to what address..

At this point, if you don't have them, and they haven't sent them - it's probably too late and you won't get them.

BUT - don't worry. Call and confirm that you indeed have the service on your reservation. (866-599-0951) That's the number for the DME office - call them. NOT the Walt Disney Travel Company. If the service isn't on there, add it.

You will receive vouchers when you check in at the Disney Welcome Center at Orlando International airport. As long as your flight is arriving before 10:30 pm, you can give them the luggage claim tags issued by your airline at your home airport. They can use those to track down, grab, and deliver your luggage to your room.

Thanks! I call DME directly and told me it would be too late to have those tags but that I could use the luggage claim tickets.
