Going to celebrate my Birthday

Does anyone know if it is ok to invite a few specific characters to my birthday party coming in March? I was thinking of how I'd ask them at Disneyland to allow me to invite Kylo Ren to my party. Would I be told "No can do?" Should I contact the local 501st Garrison and make a request? Please I ma hoping someone would know how to help make my one dream come true. May the Force be with you all!

Are you having your party at DL or off site? If off site, then I'm guessing you'll hear, "No can do," if you want the Disney Kylo Ren. If you want a 501st KR off site, then contact them to see what they say. If you will be at a restaurant on site, I still think the chance is slim. (And a 501st KR won't be allowed to wear a costume inside the parks -- the rules don't allow guests 14 and over to wear costumes outside of the Halloween parties.) The easiest way to have official characters at an on site birthday party is to make a reservation for a character meal, but I don't remember that KR is part of the line up at any of the current character meals. It would probably be a lot easier to do the KR M&G (if this is still happening in TL) while wearing your birthday button. Lots of magical things can happen when characters see that it's your birthday.

I have never heard of Disney accepting a specific invitation as you describe.
I'd classify your request of a private special character interaction at an individuals party, as an ultimate VIP event.
Disney CHARGES big time $$ when they offer something like this.

I agree with theluckyrabbit, Get a birthday button when you arrive at the parks.
Hopefully KyloRen will be stationed in the Launch Bay during your birthday trip.

The only option I see is having a brief mini-party during a meet-n-greet with him in his Launch Bay station.
