My kids loved the Duck Boats tour of Boston:

We live locally and my kids did/will do this as part of a school field trip so not sure if this is the best deal or not (we pay much much less but there's a grant involved). I thought I'd share in case anyone is going to Boston and is interested in the Duck Tour. The deal is $24/person instead of $37.
