Going to Aldi in 1 hour...bags?

I never really read the Aldi threads b/c the one near me is far. But we will be in the area and I was going to stop in. Do I need to bring my own bags?

Do they take credit or debit cards?

I looke don the website and couldn't find the info.

They take Debit but not credit cards. Yes bring your own bags, they charge for theirs. We usually just bag our stuff at the car (of course we live in FLorida) because when we go we take a big cooler for the cold and frozen stuff and then bag what is left. The only thing that I have found at Aldi's that I don't like is their cleaning products, other than that, we've been very happy.

Yes, bag the groceries in the car! Why bag them on the counter snd lift them into the cart and then again into the car? I have a bunch of those cheap Ikea blue bags(which are great for putting folded laundry in to distribute to kids rooms) that I always keep in my car. Great for Costco as well.

I always forget the quarter too! I am not really impressed by their cleaning products either but their mac and cheese is the best I have ever had

that glass cleaner is awful. i tried it once and finally had to reclean all the mirrors, I ended up using it to clean counters, walls and toilets instead. i think they sell fabuloso, which my mom loves. haven't tried the mac & cheese, will do though, kids love it. Those devil food cookies are awesome.

I have to second that about the mac n cheese. The kids absolutely love it. I also like their frozen pizzas. They're like Tombstone but for only about $2 each.

DS works security there, so I have been in every other week at least. After he brought home some huge Fresh Pizza's, we love the extra cheese for $5,99. DS likes the ones that were frozen for $1.99, now $2.29....

I like the can veggies, especially the corn I think it is really crisp and crunchy. Bagels, rolls, bread. The cleaner I use is the dish one like Dawn. I have a dishwasher, so I do not use a lot of liquid.

I buy all my sugar and flour, brown sugar, some cereal. The broth, the hamburger was tasty and sealed air tight, it had a huge experation on it, but i use that day or next.
I also get my :Seltzer's" Lebonan Bologna for great price, the Turkey is air sealed and Ham.

I did not like the hotdogs, I did like the sausage/brautworst. I do really like the litter in the boxes,

My SIL is from Germany and Aldi's is there regular grocery store over there. She was super excited when she and my DB were visiting my folks in OH and found out they had an Aldi.

I have never been to Aldi's but have one fairly close. I was just at their website and came across their 'specials'. They have a pair of rain boots on special starting 3/3, but does that mean they wouldn't have them in the store now? What things are must haves from there? I'm very curious and might even take a ride later today to check it out! Thanks!
