This trip has been a long time coming. Of course the pandemic set me back. I decided to bite the bullet and go. I’ll be there from May 15-20. I’m so indecisive that I’ve switched hotels but I finally settled on Coronado Springs (not the Destino Tower). Stay tuned for more about my trip....

So it turns out I am scheduled for the vaccine this month so this makes me a little more relaxed about planning my trip. Yay!

I’ll be taking Southwest Airlines from the Albuquerque Sunport at 8 am, with a layover in Denver. I will be landing at MCO at 4pm. I’ll be taking Magical Express to Coronado Springs. I hope to get there by 5:30 so I can refresh a bit. I plan on taking Uber to the Disney Character Warehouse as I have never been and then grabbing dinner at the resort. Or I will skip the Character Warehouse and just go to Disney Springs. I haven’t decided.

I said I’m an indecisive bugger. I changed to Art of Animation! It was after much debate. I decided I do want to be near the skyliner.

I am also an indecisive bugger. :rotfl:

What kind of AoA room did you book? I want to stay there at some point just to try it, since the theming is so strong.

A little mermaid room. I don’t mind the walk to the lobby. I changed because I’ve heard mixed things about CSR but most people like AOA except for the distance of the TLM rooms to everything.

Following along. I am going solo too - May 16 - 22. I have done 4 other solo trips. I love doing what I want when I want and not having to worry about picky eaters. Flower and Garden is my favorite festival .

I have settled on Pop after all and that is my final choice.

Today is 60 days before my trip so I was able to book dining. I try to do at least one reservation per day.

May 15 - Arrival day
Dinner at hotel
I decided I probably won’t go to Disney Springs on arrival day. I want to fit in some swimming time. So I’ve decided on dinner from the food court and then some pool time.

May 16 - Magic Kingdom
Early Dinner res at Be Our Guest
Possible Disney Springs shopping later that evening

May 17 - Epcot
Dinner res at Beaches and Cream as it’s walking distance from world showcase.

May 18 - Hollywood Studios
Lunch at 50s Prime Time

May 19 - Animal Kingdom
Dinner res at Rainforest Cafe

55 days until I leave! I reserved a time to build a droid on my HS day. I wanted to build a lightsaber but they had no slots available, but I’m happy with building a droid. I wanted to do something memorable. I’m getting excited! I’ll be making some Minnie ears today.

Which style will you build: R2-D2 or BB-8?

I had droid building reservations for Disneyland for my early April 2020 trip, but obviously that didn't happen. Maybe I'll try to do it on my trip this summer at WDW.
