Going out the evening of our wedding

Before I get started, I just want to say how much DISboards rocks. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful—it's like a virtual slice of WDW. My DF and I are so appreciative of this place and all the people that make it what it is.

Okay, now that my gushing is over, I have a question. Can anyone recommend places to meet up with family and friends for dancing/drinks/frivolity the evening of our wedding (a Thursday night)?

Ideally, it'd be a place where people could dance if they wanted to, or maybe just hang out and chat. We're getting married in the morning with a brunch reception, so we thought it'd be fun to have a place where we could let our hair down later that evening.

Hi there!! We're getting married on a Thursday too! Not many people get married during the week it seems lol. We're also having an early ceremony/reception, so we're all meeting up at JellyRolls later that night to REALLY celebrate! lol Its a great dueling-piano bar that is lots of fun!!I'm not sure how much you know of it, but its located at the Boardwalk Resort. Its open until 2am and is great entertainment!

JellyRolls is a great place and right next door is Atlantic Dance Hall. We are having our afternoon reception there this coming November. They are open Tuesday to Saturday nights. It looks like a art deco dance club with a large dance floor a video screen and a disco ball. Not sure how crowded they get in the evening and I am not sure what type of music they play but you should definately check it out. Also, there is no admission charge so you can just stop in and see if you like it. Definately hit the Boardwalk. You can do JellyRolls, Atlantic Dance Hall, the ESPN Club is there and there are carnival type games to play and entertainment on the boardwalk. There is even a photobooth where you can take funny pictues of yourselves.
