Going in May, CBR Question

Just made our ressies this morning for May 4-11. We are staying at CBR as always and was wondering about the refurb that I have been reading about. Could some of you fill me in, are they done? Thanks.

I'm not positive, but I think all of the rooms have been refurbished already. I think they're working on OPR, but that should be done soon too.

We are also going to be at CBR May 4-11. Wear your lime green ribbon and maybe we will see each other.

Seaspray has a great website devoted to CBR. She was just there in Feb. and says all the rooms are refurbished but they are starting work on OPR. Here is the link to her site:

We were just there 2 weeks ago and it' true. All rooms are done. The little bit they are now doing in the courtyard and parking lot are not enough to worry yourself over. Read SeaSprays review, she gives a VERY detailed description of the work being done.

All of you going to CBR in early May have picked a great time of year! Our first family trip to WDW was early last May and we had beautiful weather and low crowds

Thanks for the replies. We were there in October of 2001 and did not really notice any construction. Just wanted to make sure nothing big was going on, but from the posts looks like things are ok. We love staying at CBR.

We would like to stay at some of the others, but we always manage to go back to CBR. We have stayed there since every year since '96.
