Going in 17 Hours!!! Help

I am leaving for Universal tommorow!!! I would just like to say in advance thank you to everyone at the Dis for giving me SOOOOO much information that I will use on my trip. For instance, my mom hates roller coasters, but because of the advice given to me by the members of the Dis, she's going on! Thanks again.

P.S.- Is there any last minute things I should know about??? (I am going from the 22-27).

o nothing im not sure i just wanted to know if anyone had some important last minute info like if a ride suddenly closed (besides posiden)

I live in FL, so I guess my tip is bring LOTS of water or carry a bottle. It's been extra hot the past few days.

since you live in florida, the weather calls for t-storms everyday. is it gong to be one of those cells that take 5 minutes or will it be for all day?

Usually the weather stations say that, always. And sometimes it does rain, but rarely the all day storm types. It's a typical Florida summer day, rain here or there maybe, nothing to worry about though.

Your so lucky!!! I have to wait untill Nov to go back to U.S/I.O.A. Take lots of water it's really HOT lately (although today seems a little better). I live in Homestead,FL and we have not had any afternoon T-storms in a while, although it has rained at night. Also were light colored clothing it helps. Have a bast !!!!

Do the water rides before the mid-late afternoon when one of 2 things happen:

1. The lines start to get long

2. It starts to rain torrentially, and it seems like it takes forever for them to re-open the ride.

You shouldn't have as much trouble w/ the crowds since you are going late in August.
