Going "Home" this coming Sunday. Who else at the BWV?

Yippy ca yeah! Hello neighbors!

Heading "Home" with the DW on Sunday 5/12/02 at the BWV. Then on the 16th, we depart for a 3 day cruise on the "Wonder" (pin cruise ... it's going to packed). We return from the cruise on the 19th and go back "Home" until 22nd.

I'm really looking forward to this but not all of it is so happy. A good friend of ours recently found out that he has ALS ( Lou Gerhics diease) and asked us to help plan a WDW trip for him and his 16 yr old daughter and wanted go w/ us WDW vets.

Well, we helped get him a ressie at BWI w/ CM (my sister)discount (50% off) and also sent letters to different executives and the BWI asking if they could help make this a special trip for them. I heard from two different execs and the hotel and this will be a really special trip for them both.

I can't give the details now but when we rerturn, I'll share it all w/ the DIS boards. I can say that he'll treated like a VIP at times. I hope to see ya'll at our "Homes". Bye neighbors.

Hope you have a wonderful trip! That is so wonderful that you were able to help your friend and his daughter have a magical time. I had an aunt with ALS so I understand what your friend is facing.

We will be at BWI May 19-May 25 using our free incentive stay from our BCV purchase.

We'll also be arriving on May 12 at the Boardwalk Villas for our first trip as Disney Vacation Club members. I hope your friend has a magical time in Disney.

Look for us... late 30's, good looking (after a couple of cocktails and in low light) and more than likely causing a little bit trouble. After all, we are a couple of Southern Gentleman..... lock the doors.

We are at OKW from 5/11-5/16. Wanted a GV for the group and BWV had theirs under repair. Maybe next time we will be at BWV.
