I see that there is some big dance/cheerleading thing going on around the weekends we arrive and depart. I was checking expedia it shows alot of the Disney property hotels booked or really high rates but almost all of the offsite hotels have there prices slashed are the dance/cheerleaders taking up that many rooms? We are staying at a All Star Vacation Home and it is there low season and got a great price and if the Steelers make the Super Bowl we will be able to watch it on a big screen HDTV and won't have to deal with annoying teenagers at the Disney hotels.

I am going around that time too, and worry about the same thing, but of course we have had fun in the middle of june at very busy times too. I really think it is all about mindset and invseting in earplugs!

This will be my third time at WDW during the first two weeks of February. I never think that the park is full (I have been during the summer and then it is definitely full). Most of the issues with crowds has to do with less manpower working the rides and attractions, thus everything seems more busy and congested that it actually is.
I find that the Cheerleaders and Dance Teams are very well behaved. however their chaperones usually are yelling and drinking at the resorts. (sure it is only a couple of people, but that is all it takes to make a negative issue)
