Cast Members playing Snow White and Ariel are not allowed to get a tan, even when they are "Off Duty." Snow White can't because she must have fair skin, and Ariel can't because mermaids don't have tan lines.

This is funny, because I was actually on Wiki the other day reading up on some of the Disney rides. This was the only ride I actually remember reading. Yay for search overload!

And I did not know about Snow White and Ariel's "friends" not being allowed to tan. That's a very neat fact! (Makes sense, but neat nonetheless!)

I have seen it. I actually preordered from the Disney Outlet so I could get that great coupon for $20 of a $40 dollar purchase.

Me and my DM took my DD to see it in ther theatres as a girls night out. We have actually seen it twice since bringing it home, once actually insisted by my DS. Doesn't matter though. It's a great movie, and we always have a blast watching movies there. Liam won a raffle last time, the complete series of Diary of a Wimpy Kid. And as you probably know having kids, those books are crazy popular.

Wow, I've missed a lot by having my internet down for nearly 4days!! Don't think know I need to keep up to date with Disney info? I think the internet provider needs to compensate me, maybe with something Disney!

Love the purchases, I especially like the misting fans. I might have to check around here, but very doubtful that there'll be any. Our closest Disney store just closed out last month, and no outlet here....my Disney purchases will have to be online, until we get to WDW that is!

I bought those misting fans at Walmart, so as long as you have a Walmart by you you should be able to find them. Good luck.

The haunting voice of The Haunted Mansion's narrator, the "Ghost Host," belongs to Paul Frees, a legendary voice actor. He has worked on a number of Disney projects, giving voice to numerous pirates from Pirates of the Caribbean, for example, and narrating Disneyland's Great Moments with Mr Lincoln and Adventure Thru Inner Space. You may recongnize his voice as that of Boris Badenov, from the animated cartoon series The Bullwinkle Show, as well as the Pillsbury Doughboy, Froot Loops cereal's Toucan Sam, and the narrator of the 1953 classic, War of the Worlds.

As far as Diary of a Wimpy Kid, True was actually reading one of those books last week! And Coy used to love those Magic Tree House books. I’m so glad that True is starting to pick those books up too. I want to get Coy into the Kingdom Keepers series before he feels like he’s too old for them…but who is too old for Disney?

I am glad that True is getting into the books. I have always been an big reader, so I hope my kids follow my lead (though all I seem to be reading now is Disney Planning Books.) The Kingdom Keepers look great, hopefully Liam will get into them when he gets a little older.

I love The Haunted Mansion too! It's my favorite ride. It is the only ride that I did twice at WDW in 2009. Oh wait that's wrong, they let us do MAWP twice in a row.
