Going back to WDW for Liam's 9th Birthday! 5/29-6/3 WE ARE BACK!!!

Of course as you all know, the answer is:

c.) Experimental Prototype Community of Tomarrow

EPCOT has always stood for "Experimental Prototype Communtiy of Tomarrow," the name Walt Disney gave to his original plan for a future-oriented community. However,to many Cast Members past and present, EPCOT has countless other meanings. Among them, "Every Paycheck Comes On Thursday" and "Even Programmers Can't Operate TestTrack."

I personally like Every Person Comes Out Tierd.:lmao:

I love this next question:

Spaceship Earth, the icon of Epcot, is often referred to as "the big golf ball." OK then, if Spaceship Earth really were a golf ball, how tall would the golfer have to be to match its scale?

a.) 999 feet tall
b.) 1,500 feet tall
c.) 1.2 miles tall
d.) 3 miles

Or in the words of Stephen Sondhiem "So big that we are just an expendable bug beneath his feet. Boom, Crunch.

Did You Know?

One inch of watersiphoned off the top of The Living Seas tank would fill a regular-sized swimming pool. That's about 20,000 gallons! The Living Seas tank holds nearly 5,700,000 gallons.

I actually have me on video talking to DH about Spaceship Earth. He couldn't find it, and I finally called it "the great big golf ball" so he could figure out what I was talking about. :lmao:

I really don't know how big I'd have to be to golf with it ... so .... going to guess....

Can I phone a friend?

I'll guess .... C. No, wait. D. No... C. D? Hmm....B! Okay, okay.... C. I'll go with C. :headache::lmao:

Yikes!!! I'm bad at questions like this! I'm gonna guess B! :confused3

I am totally going to guess....D. I have never been a good guesser though!! :confused3

I did know that about the Living Seas....thanks to one of the many guidebooks or websites I live in!!! :goodvibes

I'm going to guess C, but I'm used to kilometers, so my estimating may be off...also, glad to hear you had a good Easter! Sorry to hear your boys are sick though, but hopefully you can get some medication for them too, and hopefully everyone will be back to 'normal' soon! :goodvibes

This is too much like a word problem! "If train A leaves the station at 3:15pm at 35mph..." Ugh! :lmao: Just kidding! Let me channel my inner 5th grader...I think it's "C" 1.2 miles :thumbsup2

Maybe this was mentioned somewhere. I skimmed the pages quickly, so I'm sure I missed some major details. Did you stay at All Star Sports on your first vacation or is this a new resort for you?

We stayed at Give Kids the World for our first (and only) trip since we were on a Wish trip. (If there are people who don't know about this place yet, check out the web site, it is incredible.:goodvibes)

We were going to stay at All Sports at first but changed to Pop about a month later. Neither of us are really into sports and like that Pop has it's own buses.:thumbsup2

Several of the DIS Zeta girls have volunteered at GKTW!

You will love Pop! We are staying there the week before you! I requested either the Big Wheel section or the Big Mickey phone section, and first floor or near an elevator.
