Going back to WDW for Liam's 9th Birthday! 5/29-6/3 WE ARE BACK!!!

Currently at the doctors office, hopefully we will be able to leave soon because Liam is eating his healthy McD's meal right now.:lmao: I will be back later with the answer to the trivia question and the new one later. And yes Lidian, the answer will have all the songs listed in it.:lmao:

Liam is going to be starting a new antibiotic for MRSA infections so keep your fingers crossed that this one will work.:thumbsup2 His enzymes have also been increased from 2 to 3 with meals. I also got all the docotors notes that I may need, hopefully smooth sailing from here to Disney World.:cool1:

In are 30's now.

Keep us posted on how the visit goes!

And I'm holding you to listing the songs. :lmao::rotfl2:

Here is Trivia Question #10:

How many different songs play in the background of Cinderell'a Golden Carrousel? (yes I know the name has changed, the book was copyrighted in 2006.:thumbsup2)

a.) 6
b.) 16
c.) 26
d.) 36

Did You Know?

Cinderella's Castle was inspired by a number of European Castles, including Chenonceau in France. But unlike that sixteenth-century chateau, Cinderella's Castle was built with 600 tons of steel and not a single stone.

I wish I could guess, but I've never been on the Carousel. :scared1:

Yay for 30's :woohoo:

 I am sooo sorry to hear about Liam and not being able to get his coughing under control. Not only is it hard on him, but hard for you as a mom to see your child go through. I hope the docs get it figured out soon and find the correct medications!

As for the trivia, I will pick c.) 26. I have never been on it, so maybe this year will be the year. I think DD would  it!

Ooh, let me hurry up and post my guess to the trivia before you post the answer! Once again, I have no idea, so I'm just going to say "D" 36 and hope I'm right! Anyway, I hope your appointment with Liam went well and the doctor found something else to try to help him feel better :goodvibes:

Just got back not to long ago from our Doctor's appointment. We had to wait a half of an hour after he took the drug to make sure he didn't have any reactions because of the study drug. Kind of strange because he has already been on it for 2 weeks.:confused3

They put him on Zyvox for 2 weeks for the MRSA infection, but unfortunatly the Drug Store was out so we can't start it until tomarrow evening. Hopefully this drug helps, feel sorry for all the coughing he has been doing.:guilty:

Here is the answer to the Trivia Question:

c.) 26

Twenty-six classic Disney tunes play in the background of Cinderella's Golden Carrousel. The tunes, all but two from Disney animated films, are instrumentals played in calliope style. They include:
-"When You Wish Upon a Star," "Hi Diddle DeeDee (An Actor's Life For Me)," and "Give a Little Whistle" from the film Pinocchio.
-"So this is Love", "The Work Song," and "A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes" from Cinderella.
-"Alice in Wonderland" from the film of the same name.
-"Heigh Ho," "I'm Wishing," "Whistle While You Work," and "Someday My Prince Will Come" from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.
-"Chim Chim Cheree" and "Feed the Birds (Tuppence a Bag)" from Mary Poppins.
-"Be Our Guest" and "Gaston" from Beauty and the Beast.
-"Colors of the Wind" from Pocahontas.
-"Bella Notte" from Lady and the Tramp.
-"A Whole New World" and "Prince Ali" from Aladdin.
-"Once Upon a Dream" and "I Wonder" from Sleeping Beauty.
-"Part of Your World" from the Little Mermaid.
-"Second Star to the Right" and "You Can Fly! You Can Fly! You Can Fly!" from Peter Pan.
-"Baby Mine" from Dumbo.
-"Hakuna Matata" from the Lion King.

:lmao: So are you impressed Lidian?

Question #11:

Only one nation's name is actually spelled out on the "it's a small world" attracion. What country is it?

a.) Mexico
b.) U.S.A.
c.) China
d.) Switzerland

Did You Know?

Only one building on Main Street, U.S.A. is built to full scale, Exposition Hall. This was done to hide the Contemporary Resort. Seeing it would have ruined the illusion that you are walking down the street of nineteenth century town.

Okay, okay, I'm impressed! (We won't mention wrong, though, right? :lmao:)

As far as #11 goes ... I don't know ... but I'll vote for C) China. They have some peculiar rules, and I could see having their country spelled out being one of them. (Other rules, as DH has told me repeatedly, is that they cannot have skeletons, zombies, skulls, etc in their media.) Yay I contributed a tidbit of unrelated knowledge! :rotfl2:

Totally digging the DYK facts!!

Here's some pixie dust that Liam's cough gets better with the meds! pixiedust:

I had a lucky guess on question 10.......As for Question #11, I know this one!!! I have seen it before!
A) Mexico

:yay: :woohoo:  :cheer2:

/
Mexico! (Had to make sure not to confuse it with Spain or any other Latino culture!)

I've been away for a few days and just getting caught up on everyone's TRs. Sorry to hear about Liam's coughing, I hope it gets under control soon. :grouphug:

Sorry that I wasn't on here yesterday guys, things were kind of crazy. I am still trying to figure out how I am financially going to afford a larger stroller for Liam since we were not able to get one through the insurance company. They gave me the number to the stroller rental place in Florida which will cost $120 for the week.:scared1: I am hoping that the one on ebay for $60 will work, just hoping he is not to tall for it. Not worried about weight because he is under 55lbs.:headache:

Then he got a new perscription for Zyvox at the Doctor's, but CVS didn't have any so I was going to pick it up yesterday. Welll, all of a sudden they need prior doctors consent and that takes about 24 hours to go through. And they couldn't tell me all of this the previous day when I was dropping off the perscription. Now I can't pick it up until later today.:confused3

As for the answer to the last Trivia question:

a.) Mexico

Of all the nations of the world represented in "it's a small world," only one country's name is spelled out: Mexico. Can't find it? In the South America scene, look to the right side of the boat for a sombrero with the word "MEXICO" stitched into it.

Kind of busy day, so I am not sure when I will be able to do next question but I will try to do it at the normal time. I have to pick up my dad at the TA as soon as he calls me. And later to day I am hoping to be able to meet up with Singledad and see if Liam fits into the stroller (same as the one on ebay).

Talk to you all soon.:thumbsup2

I have an answer for your question! My husband is a manager at our local Walgreens, and I'm pretty sure all pharmacies work the same way. I'm thinking it is not CVS's policy about the doctor's consent/24 hour, but your insurance. So whoever took the prescription from you yesterday would not have known that until they ran your insurance to fill the prescription. Would've been nice if they had called you though!

ugh about the meds.
What kind of stroller did you get? Sorry you couldn't get it thru insurance :headache:

She didn't get it yet. But the one I got and I am 99.9% sure she is going to get is a Maclaren Volo. (feel free to pm me if you want more details on it, or the link to the ebay auction that I bought it from. they have more.)

I am so glad we got to meet, even if it was for a short and hectic time. Hopefully the weather and kids are better in two weeks and we can meet in a park or something.

BTW, she is in her pj's and still has that bell necklace on. I swear she is going to want to sleep with it on. :wizard:

Thanks everyone on the stroller info. We definalty have decided to go with Maclaren Volo stroller that is currently on ebay. I had a friend who was trying to find me a small wheel chair to borrow but since he couldn't he has decided to buy the stroller for me and Liam.:lmao: That reminds me I need to buy him a great souviner.:thumbsup2
